Superior Stucco Multi-Bond

Take care that all Exterior or Interior surfaces are free of dirt, dust, oil, efflorescence and foreign matter. Stucco Supply’s SUPERIOR STUCCO MULTI-BOND can be used with masonry, block, brick, clay, tile, plaster or cement products, etc. The light green color assures proper coverage of the surfaces. Apply with a brush, roller or sprayer. Wait until tacky and then apply cementitious material. SUPERIOR STUCCO MULTI-BOND gives the flexibility to apply finish even after drying with its re-emulsifying abilities. *Only re-emulsifies once, (1) time, within (10) days after application. Use without reducing or diluting.
The coverage of SUPERIOR STUCCO MULTI-BOND will vary due to job conditions, method of application and weather conditions. Typically (1) Gallon of SUPERIOR STUCCO MULTI-BOND will cover approximately 200-300 sq. feet. (5 Gallons: 1,000-1,500 sq. ft) Yields will vary depending on the substrate. Stucco Supply does not recommend diluting.
SUPERIOR STUCCO MULTI-BOND may be used as a patching cement. Mix (1) part SUPERIOR STUCCO MULTI-BOND to (1) part Water, (3) parts Sand and (2) parts Cement. Mix into a paste. Depending on weather conditions and temperature, pot life of material should be between (2 – 6) hours. SUPERIOR STUCCO MULTI-BOND meets or exceeds ASTM C-932-06 (Bonding Specs for exterior plaster), C-1059-99 (Bonding fresh concrete to existing concrete), C-1042-99 (Bond strength slant shear test) and C-631-95A (Bonding specs for Gypsum Plastering)
SUPERIOR STUCCO MULTI-BOND should be stored in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Keep above 40 degrees F and below 110 degrees F.
Clean up with water immediately. DO NOT ALLOW TO DRY BEFORE CLEAN UP.
Do not apply SUPERIOR STUCCO MULTI-BOND when the temperature is below 40 degrees F or above 100 degrees F. This range of temperature must be kept for 48 hours to ensure proper curing. Keep away from hydrostatic pressure (Moisture/water) after applying and do not saturate surface with water prior to applying SUPERIOR STUCCO MULTI-BOND. Do not apply SUPERIOR STUCCO MULTI-BOND until surface is free of all contaminates. Protect the applied film from dirt and debris until the fresh product overlay is in place.
